The Official Music Video For Tim McGraw’s “Highway Don’t Care” Featuring Taylor Swift & Keith Urban. Below is the official music video for Tim McGraw’s current single, “Highway Don’t Care.” The song features Taylor Swift’s vocals and Keith Urban’s guitar skills. The song is catchy and is constantly getting stuck in my head, but the video is just confusing. I am unclear on what McGraw’s actual part in the mini-movie is…he is a doctor, but does he have any connection to the female? I’m not sure! I do however love the fact that the female character drives a Chevy Cavalier! My first vehicle was a white Cavalier, Rally Sport to be exact. Watching the female drive it brings back memories. Like I had mentioned in the video for Lady A’s “Goodbye Town,” the timing seems off. It is another gloomy video with no leaves on the trees. People can wreck in the Spring…just saying. Anyhow, you guys watch the video for “Highway Don’t Care” below and tell us what you think!
Tim McGraw’s Latest New Album Two Lanes of Freedom Available Now. Tim McGraw‘s highly anticipated new album, Two Lanes of Freedom, finally released today (Tuesday, February 5th). The new record features eleven tracks (the deluxe version offers up four additional songs), and it seems to offer up to slightly different versions of McGraw. On one side, there is the party anthem belting (hate to say it) trying to stay young Tim with songs like “Truck Yeah.” On the other hand, there are more traditional sounding, heart string strumming tunes like “Nashville Without You,” “Annie I Owe You a Dance,” “Tinted Windows,” and “Number 37405.” On yet another hand all together, there is the Tim that is continuing to push the boundaries of “country” with pop infused upbeat tunes, like “Southern Girl” (complete with a little autotune thrown in…), “Mexicoma,” and “It’s Your World,” that could easily crossover to Top 40 stations like The Band Perry, Lady Antebellum, and (of course) Taylor Swift have done in recent years. Speaking of Tswift, there is the collaboration with her and Keith Urban, “Highway Don’t Care,” that is sure to appeal to just about everyone. Its a pretty good song, and their three voices really meld together well. Essentially, with Two Lanes of Freedom, Tim McGraw gives a healthy selection of tracks to music fans across the country, right on over to pop, spectrum. For his first album release on Big Machine, following the Curb Records debacle, I think this is setting the right tone for McGraw. He still has a lot left to offer fans, and he isn’t afraid to keep pushing boundaries. I really feel like he’s trying to say, ‘I’m not done yet,’ and from what I’ve heard on this record, I’m okay with that. Find the deluxe version here, and the regular version here via iTunes. Next up, Tim heads out on his Two Lanes of Freedom Tour with Brantley Gilbert and Love and Theft. Two Lanes of Freedom Complete Track Listing. 1. Two Lanes of Freedom 2. One of Those Nights 3. Tim McGraw Debuts New Video for Current Single One Of Those Nights. I am really digging Tim McGraw‘s current single “One Of Those Nights“! The country singer just debuted his new video for the song this week, and it’s pretty cool. The concept behind it basically focuses on giving fans a kind of behind the scenes look at, well, the making of a video. I’m personally a big fan of the whole look what goes on behind the curtain thing, so I’m into the new vid. You be the judge though, and watch for yourself below! “One Of Those Nights” is the second single to come off McGraw’s upcoming album, Two Lanes of Freedom, due out Feb. 5, 2013. Tim McGraw Gets Into His R&B Side with Ne-Yo Collaboration. I don’t know if you heard about this or not, but it looks like Tim McGraw is exploring his R&B side yet again. This time he’s working with Ne-Yo on new single, “She Is” featured on his November 6th album release, R.E.D. (Realizing Every Dream). Even though I expected this to be not the best thing ever, truth is, its not that bad of a song. I actually think McGraw improves on the song…in a big way. So, Tim likes to wear lots of different hats (actor, country, R&B, one half of a power couple)…no biggie. I just hope he isn’t considering a more permanent migration to this genre. Check it out for yourself below. Listen: Tim McGraw Featured On Ne-Yo Track, “She Is“. Remember This: Tim McGraw Sings “Over and Over” with Nelly?
