Scotty McCreery Trouble With Girls Video

Scotty McCreery Releases Second Official Music Video of His Career. Scotty McCreery has released the video for the second single off of his debut album, Clear As Day. The song is titled “The Trouble With Girls“, and it is a slower paced track that will no doubt strike a chord with Scotty’s female fans. I mentioned in my review of Scotty’s album (which you can check out by clicking here), that one thing I really appreciate about the song selection is that Scotty is not trying to pretend he is anything other than a (now) 18 year old guy who can sing. This continues to be reflected in this particular music video. It takes place in what appears to be an average highscool with average kids. There is plenty of slow motion and idealized depictions of what highschool is like, but it achieves its goal in showcasing the kind of girl crazy mentality most teenage boys experience. It is a simple video which I think is also appropriate for Scotty’s music at this point. You can watch it below, and let us know what you think! My Great Fall Weekend

Livin’ Life The Only Way I Know How! This past Saturday coudn’t of been better…it was full of family time and I loved every minute of it!! I put my flashback playlist to good use as I took a little drive to Maysville! I watched the stressful Arkansas game with my family and am pleased to say we came out with a W! For dinner we went to a beans and cornbread fundraiser where the community members caught up. Next was my little cousins football game and then we were off to Pete’s Place in Siloam Springs! While there I listened to a great band, Johnny Dale and Along for the Ride, and did a little dancing! Sunday was full of watching movies, a little party planning and relaxing, three of my favorite things to do! =) The only thing that has got me going crazy is how fast this fall is passing us by! Halloween is this weekend….what are you going to be?!?!?!

Country Singers At The World Series

Country Music Stars Sing The National Anthem At The 2011 World Series! If you didn’t know that the World Series has begun, well then it is quite possible you have been living under a rock. The two teams up for the title of champions are the Texas Rangers and the St. Louis Cardinals. Even if baseball isn’t your cup of tea, we know one thing that will please you! Just like any athletic game or event, the National Anthem is always sung before things get started. At this year’s World Series, Country Music had the honor of having 3 men perform the opening number! Scotty McCreery sang at game 1, Trace Adkins sang at game 2, and Ronnie Dunn sang at game 3! Except for the little hiccup McCreery had with audio, all of the men did fantastic! What other country stars would you enjoy to see and hear belt out our nation’s anthem? Which team are you hoping comes out on top? Do you agree that the Idol winner, Adkins, and one half of the former Brooks and Dunn did an A+ job? We would love to hear your opinions on all of these questions and more, so don’t be shy!
