Joe Nichols’ Latest Album Is Classic Country With A Modern Twist! Joe Nichols has his brand new album coming out tomorrow (November 8)! It’s All Good is a fabulous collection of country tunes that I’m certain you are going to enjoy! For those of you who have been concerned with the route country music is taking, complaining that it has become too “pop”, well here is what you have been waiting for! Each track has an element of good-timing classic country with the slightest, yet refreshing touch of modern day flow! My absolute favorite song from this album is “The More I Look“, but I didn’t find one track that I wasn’t fond of! From “She’s Just Like That” to “No truck, No Boat, No Girl” or “How I Wanna Go” to his current single “Take It Off” there is not one part of life that this album doesn’t touch on. Each song in this grouping is perfectly written, with awesome music and a voice that will melt your heart! Joe was kind enough to let fans listen to the entire album this past week for free! There was a portion of the site reserved for comments and not a one had a negative theme! This is definitely a home run and something to be proud of! It’s no surprise, Joe has still got it! Corey Smith Had Fayetteville Rocking Till They Couldn’t Rock Anymore! This past Friday (November 4) Corey Smith was the headlining act at George’s Majestic Lounge in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The Average Joe’s artist was a hit as he sang to a sold out crowd! The fans didn’t miss a beat as they sang along, word for word to the outspoken musicians lyrics. “Backroad“, “If I Could Do It Again” and “Maybe Next Year” were just a few songs from his latest album The Broken Road that he belted that night. The opening act was a band by the name of Florida Georgia Line. These guys did an exceptional job of getting the crowd pumped up! I found myself saying over and over “Who are these guys?” They have some great original music and are full of energy! They will be making a few more stops with Smith as he travels down the road doing what he loves! New Video for Somethin’ ‘Bout A Truck From Kip Moore! Kip Moore released his second single, “Somethin’ ‘Bout A Truck” in September, and the video for this sexy playful number is now available! This track is the follow up to Moore’s debut single “Mary Was The Marrying Kind“, and it is a heck of a lot of fun. This new song was inspired by experiences in his teen years with a girl who didn’t quite seem interested until she got an eyeful of Kip driving his daddy’s truck! “I drove the hoopty of all hoopties…We’d had a couple of dates and the girl didn’t seem too excited about me, and then one day that car broke down and I borrowed my dad’s truck. The two Grammy Award winning musicians (35 between them), Vince Gill and Sting, are the latest duo to take the stage during CMT CROSSROADS! The episode will premiere Thursday, November 24 at 10:00 pm ET/PT on CMT. The performance, taped earlier this year at New York City’s famed Hammerstein Ballroom, resulted in an exceptional night of collaborations and in-depth interviews. Luke Bryan Will Be The Red Carpet Correspondent At The CMA Awards For The Ellen Degeneres Show. Luke Bryan has been asked to be the Nashville red carpet correspondent for the “Ellen Degeneres Show” at the 45th Annual CMA Awards! As we have been saying, the show will be November 9, Wednesday. Luke’s segment will air on Thursday’s episode of Ellen. The first time the country star appeared on the comedian’s show was late September, where he performed “Country Girl (Shake It For Me).” He also portrayed “Pierre” in Ellen’s ongoing soap opera, “As The Tide Turns.” [youtube:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mWkX_iWFDKE] Luke is also nominated in the New Artist category and will be performing during the show!

The Marshall Tucker Band has been around and rocking since the 70s, when their was no such things as CDs and digital retailers. Then, MTB along with every other musical act on the planet, depended on vinyl records to get their music in the fans hands. On November 22, in celebration of 40 years, the vinyl edition of The Marshall Tucker Band: Greatest Hits will be released! “As we continue to tour, more and more fans are showing up in the autograph lines with their original Marshall Tucker vinyl records, even more so than CDs. There’s just something cool about vinyl. Keith Urban Takes A Break

Keith Urban Set To Have Throat Surgery. Keith Urban is set to have throat surgery later this month. A polyp as been found on his vocal chords and the surgery has been scheduled to remove it. Luckily it is a minor, out-patient surgery, but will still require him to get lots of rest! His appearance/performance at the “All For The Hall” benefit has been postponed. Any performances he has had committed to prior to the surgery where he will sing one song will still happen. Any performances that require him to sing multiple songs will be moved to the beginning of the new year. We wish you the best Keith! Here is to a healthy and speedy recovery!

Uncle Kracker spent most of 2011 on tour with Kenny Chesney, where he sang for crowds in some of the biggest arenas this country has to offer! He also headlined benefit shows, including The Uncle Kracker Music Education Foundation. It is hard to believe that it has been over a year since we first heard his top 5 hit, “Smile.” This man has been very gifted in the songwriting department and is sure to give us tons of treats on his full length album!
