<p><strong>Canadian Country Music Week</strong> will kick off today (9/10) in Vancouver, BC with a &#8220;New Artist Showcase&#8221; at the Congwriter&#8217;s Cafe. This year&#8217;s performers include Shane Chisolm, Jaida Dreyer and Darren McGinnis.</p>
<p>Friday&#8217;s (9/11) activities include a keynote address by Nettwerk Music CEO Terry McBride, the Class of 2009 induction for the Canadian Country Music Hall of Honour and the All Star Band Awards.</p>
<p>On Saturday(9/12), the industry brunch &; awards and the 2009 FanFest will be held, featuring appearances by Johnny Reid, Jessie Farrell, Aaron Prittchett, Doc Walker, <a title="Terri Clark" href="https://stubhub.prf.hn/click/camref:1100ljXyr/pubref:WPSTerriClark/ar:CMNBAutoLink/destination:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.stubhub.com%2Fterri-clark-tickets%2F">Terri Clark</a> and more.</p>
<p>The week wraps up on Sunday(9/13) with the CCMA Awards, Great Guitar Pull and the Gospel Showcase. The CCMA Awards will kick off at 4p (PT) at GM Place and will be broadcast live on CBC-TV.
