Kenny Chesney has a few words to say about his latest song, The Boys of Fall.
“I’ve been very lucky to have a lot of songs do well” says Kenny Chesney. “And to have a lot of songs touch a lot of people, but I don’t know if I’ve had a song like ‘Boys of Fall,’ ever. When I first heard this song, I knew that there was gonna be a lot of people that heard the lyrics to this song and really be able, not just to relate to it, but they live with it because there are so many lessons that, in life, that you learn on the football field that are very parallel with what happens in everyday life.”

In these small towns football is a religion and the boys who play are our pastors. Some of these kids most important, life-defining moments will happen on those 100 yards of green.
