<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A strong-minded and self-reliant artist who’s entirely fearless when it comes to speaking his truth, DIAMOND-selling superstar <strong><a title="Brian Kelley" href="https://countrymusicontour.com/brian-kelley-adds-20-tour-dates/">Brian Kelley</a></strong> celebrates his birthday this week by releasing the first song from his forthcoming sophomore album titled “<strong>Put Myself On</strong>.”</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Like all of his next full-length project – the follow-up to his debut album <em>Tennessee Truth</em> (Big Machine Records) – <strong>Kelley penned “Put Myself On” completely on his own</strong>, echoing his commitment to absolute authenticity in every aspect of his craft. <br><br>With equal parts passion, power, and razor-sharp wit, the boldly outspoken track makes a declaration of his own refusal to play by the rules, expertly dropping in a few sly references to heroes like <a title="Hank Williams Jr" href="https://countrymusicontour.com/hank-williams-jr-announces-2024-tour/">Hank Williams Jr</a>. Produced by<strong> Katlin Owen</strong> and <strong>Caleb Gilbreath</strong>, and recorded live with Kelley’s touring band, with its gritty beats and blazing guitar riffs, “Put Myself On” ultimately builds to a brooding intensity in its final moment, when he delivers a lyric encapsulating his overall mission with his music: “<em>I’ll do it my way / I’ll do it with a song / I’ll look back and say I put myself on</em>.” The result is a fired-up statement to spark Kelley’s most formidable chapter yet.<br><br>As “<strong><a href="https://t.e2ma.net/click/4w4gbhc/k90670/kd0osjm" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Acres</a></strong>” (off <em>Tennessee Truth</em>) takes root at Country radio after being most-added in the Top 3 during launch, he’s playing this current single and more during the fall run of his <strong>SURF POST SESSIONS</strong>. Hot off a SOLD-OUT set this summer, Kelley’s headline shows are again hosted in the backyard of the Tribe Kelley Surf Post in Grayton Beach, FL.
