Directed by fellow Montana native, Scott Duthie, the video was filmed on Zuma Beach in Malibu, CA. “ I think part of the reason he and I worked together so well wa s because we are both from Montana! In my eyes the best director is one who can realize your vision while also making it better than you imagined, and he definitely did that,” said Adams.
“Burn A Little Colder” is rising up the MusicRow CountryBreakout™ Chart, landing at No. 26 this week. This is not Adam’s first success on the chart, her previous single “Sober & Sorry” hit No. 20 on the MusicRow chart.
With all she’s accomplished thus far, the Montana native has proven she is an artist to watch in 2016. Adams has had previous success with “Sober & Sorry” which was her first top 20. Adams spent part of the year touring with country duo Branch & Dean as they raised funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
“This girl is not sitting around hoping the phone will ring. She’s all about mak ing things happen, even if it means driving hundreds of miles on her own and living out of a camper… She’s got talent, tenacity, and the courage to get out in the world and take chances. She’s got the heart of a gypsy, and the voice of a star,” said Andrea Blair, Montana Woman Magazine.
