Brothers Osborne have shared “Doors,” the latest preview of their fifth studio album, Watertown, due October 23, 2026, via MCA. The song is available now in a shorter version the duo calls a “SELLOUT EDIT.”
John and TJ Osborne wrote “Doors” with Jesse Frasure, Lee Miller, and Chris Pixton. Its everyday image becomes a way to write about change: the places we enter, the ones we leave, and the moments when a closed door forces us to find another way forward.
The approach to releasing it is part of a larger experiment. Brothers Osborne are putting shorter edits of advance tracks in front of listeners while offering full-length versions to members of their free fan club, The Family. John Osborne says the edits are meant to meet listeners where they are and lead those who want more toward the complete songs.
Watertown takes its name from the Maryland community where the brothers grew up. The 11-track album also includes “Born and Raised Hell” with Cody Johnson and “Tough Kid” with Stephen Wilson Jr. Brothers Osborne say the record draws on family, love, loss, and the changes that come with growing older.
