The lyrics unapologetically sear the current administration — “Conman in the highest office in the land, goddamn, says make America great again” — showing that these Southern progressives aren’t planning to shut up and sing this election cycle.

Directed by Ford Fairchild, the video’s storyline depicts that all-consuming feeling that a breakup has on everyday life by using quick cuts to flashbacks of better times as Joe, who plays the lead character, recounts his past relationship. Ultimately, before the closing scene of the video, Joe finds himself in his local bar full of emotions where he spots his former love interest with a new mystery man, before heading off alone and heartbroken into the darkness of the night.

Johnny McGuire Makes Solo Radio Debut with “I Can’t Even”

Former member of Walker McGuire officially signs with BBR Music Group’s Wheelhouse Records NASHVILLE, TN – (February 10, 2020) – BBR Music Group officially announces Johnny McGuire as a solo act on its Wheelhouse Records imprint. The Kansas City native will make his solo radio debut with “I Can’t Even” going for adds on March 9, which happens to be McGuire’s birthday. This signing marks McGuire’s return to Wheelhouse Records, where he was signed as one half of the fast-rising Country duo, Walker McGuire.
