Label Changes for Major Country Music Stars

Gretchen Wilson, The Carter Twins, Ty Herndon, Caitlin & Will, and many more artists are relocating to new labels. Here’s the run-down!

Gretchen Wilson -Country’s favorite redneck woman is branching off from Columbia Records to start her own label, titled none other than Redneck Records. Expect her first single on the new label, “Work Hard, Play Harder” to hit radio October 26th.

The Carter Twins – These fan favorites have recently parted ways with CMT. No details have emerged so far stating where they will end up, but their debut track “Heart Like Memphis” is still seeing plenty of airplay!

Ty Herndon – Has moved over to Vine Records and is working on next year’s album, titled “Journey On“. He is also with new management at The Bucket Agency.

Caitlin & Will – Can You Duet’s pairing of Caitlin & Will was recently dropped from Columbia Records. Just this morning news that the duo has split came across our desk. No word yet on what their next moves will be.Country Music Photo Gallery
