Lambert and Shelton Duet Featured on Miranda’s Four the Record!
Well, after Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert faked out the country music community with their promises of recording a new album together, it seems they are willing to offer all the broken-hearted fans a consolation prize. Blake and Miranda have in fact recorded a duet together, and it will be featured on Miranda’s upcoming album, Four the Record. The song is titled “Better in the Long Run” and was written by Ashley Monroe of the Pistol Annies, Charles Kelly of Lady Antebellum and Gordie Sampson of “Jesus, Take the Wheel” fame.
There will be a total of 14 tracks on the album including Lambert’s current single “Baggage Claim“. Four the Record will be released November 1st.
