Oklahoma’s Jeremy Studdard Releases Debut Album ‘On My Own’ Today

Jeremy Studdard, who hails from Tishomingo, Oklahoma (Blake Shelton’s native turf), built a name for himself as the lead singer of the Jackson Tillman Band, which he fronted for five years before going solo.

Studdard is releasing his debut album “On My Own” today (Jan. 29) produced by Casey Wood and recorded at the Insanery in Nashville. Influenced by “the best of 90s country” — George Strait, Keith Whitley, Travis Tritt and Hank Williams Jr., to name a few — Studdard is a staunch advocate for “real” country, the kind with actual fiddle, no synthesized beats and honest, relatable stories. And that’s what he sings.

Studdard has the kind of country voice that’ll catch on the heartworn splinters of a broken relationship one minute, then capture the passion of a newly forged one the next. In fact, that’s just about the order of affairs, so to speak, in his 2020  debut singles, “Your Heart or Mine,” “Barely Breathing” and “Whiskey Rain”.

Upcoming Appearances include:
Friday, January 29, Tumbleweed Dancehall & Concert Venue, Stillwater, OK
Thursday, February 4, Texas Home Grown Radio (Facebook Live)
Friday, February 5, Bubba’s Brewhouse in Durant, Oklahoma (with Kaitlyn Kilian)
