Terri Clark On Tour

Terri Clark embarks on a 6 week Canadian concert tour! Terri Clark has booked 22 different cities over the next six weeks, and they’ll all be in Canada. When asked about why she’s staying to our north this time, the Canadian native answers “For so many years, my focus has been on the states and it makes sense if you’re on an American label. I love the U.S. very much — and it’s a big part of who I am — but I also miss my homeland. I think as much coming back to myself musically and really investing in all the influences who shaped me, there’s a strong sense of the kind of girl who grew up in a place where believing you could grow up, go to Nashville and become a country singer that can be felt on this record.” Terri Clarks’s latest CD, “The Long Way Home,” will be available in U.S. stores starting today (10/20). The album was entirely self-financed and self-produced. Through pledges and donations the team was able to raise over $5,500 to go to the Susan G. Komen For The Cure foundation. Ashley reveals that her passion and support for the cause hits very close to home, as her own mother was suddenly diagnosed with three different types of cancer just one year ago. “Helping raise money for this walk was the least that I could do for having my mama walking beside me.
