Apparently, the cat was let out of the bag by Jessa&#8217;s sister, Alicia, who reportedly tweeted a congratulations to her sis. This prompted fans to ask Houser if he was gettin&#8217; hitched! Randy made an official announcement to <em>People</em> magazine in response.</p>
