To identify, nurture, and amplify the next generation of songwriters, pickers, and storytellers who carry that unmistakable Lone Star spirit.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">A Management Company with Texas DNA</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dreamer Management isn’t chasing Nashville trends or TikTok fame. They’re building something rooted in authenticity and long-term growth. With a roster that already includes <strong>Ashton Naylor, Cameron Allbright, Hank Weaver, Parker Ryan, Slade Coulter,</strong> and <strong>Travis Roberts</strong>, this crew is putting their money (and sweat) where their mouth is.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Brains Behind the Brand</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">At the core of Dreamer Management are <strong>Randy Rogers (COO/A&;R)</strong> and <strong>Elic Goicoechea (CEO/President)</strong>, backed by their in-house booking agent <strong>Hunter Conway</strong>. Together, they’re creating a structure that supports artists with booking, branding, and real industry mentorship, all without forcing them to pack up and move to Music Row.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Elic’s story is pretty damn inspiring too. A Texas State University grad who cut his teeth in the local scene at <strong>Cheatham Street Warehouse</strong>, he built his first company, Ascend Music Group, from scratch before teaming up with Rogers. The guy’s been doing everything from managing tours to shooting promo videos himself. That’s the kind of hands-on hustle that keeps Texas country alive and kicking.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Randy Rogers: Still Leading by Example</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">If anyone’s earned the right to build the next big Texas music incubator, it’s Randy Rogers. His band has been holding it down for over two decades, setting the standard for independent success with records like <em>Rollercoaster</em> and their recent EP <em>The Going</em>.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">That re-mastered anniversary edition of <em>Rollercoaster</em> reminded everyone why the album still hits like a freight train, while <em>The Going</em> featuring <strong><a title="Parker McCollum" href="https://stubhub.prf.hn/click/camref:1100ljXyr/pubref:WPSPMcCollum/ar:CMNBAutoLink/destination:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.stubhub.com%2Fparker-mccollum-tickets%2F">Parker McCollum</a></strong> proved Randy’s still got plenty of fuel left in the tank. Now, with Dreamer Management, he’s turning that same passion into a platform for others.</p>
