Smithfield will release “Christmas On The Beach” November 20, adding an original holiday song to a season that also includes the duo’s seventh annual Nashville Christmas benefit.

Jennifer Fielder and Trey Smith will bring that show back to Analog on December 19, with proceeds and toy donations supporting Nashville Dream Center. New music is a good reason to pay attention. A holiday gathering that helps local families gives fans another one.
A little warmer weather for the Christmas playlist
The duo’s announcement describes “Christmas On The Beach” as a seasonal escape with a warmer-weather setting. Listeners can pre-save or pre-add the single ahead of its November 20 arrival.
The release follows Country With Heart, Part 2, the eight-song project produced by Trey Smith and released in September. That collection includes “Tonight Talkin’,” “Drunk Love You” and “God Given.”
Smithfield & Friends return to Analog
The December 19 benefit will feature Abbey Cone, Charles Esten, Everette, Morgan Johnston, Matt Wynn, Adam Wood and Jillian Cardarelli. Doors are scheduled for 7 p.m. Central, with the show at 8 p.m.
Tickets are announced at $25 in advance and $30 at the door. Fans are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy for local children. The venue lists the event as 21 and older. Check the current listing for availability and ticketing terms.

Music with a community purpose
Nashville Dream Center serves families across Middle Tennessee. According to the announcement, last year’s show helped provide gifts for hundreds of children.
