Swift lands at #45 and is described by the article&#8217;s author, Rob Sheffield, as &#8220;<em>one of the few genuine rock stars we&#8217;ve got these days, with a flawless ear for what makes a song click</em>&#8220;. </p>
<p>There are a lot of folks that think that Taylor doesn&#8217;t quite qualify as country anymore because of how much she blends with other genres. It is impossible to deny though that she has achieved an extreme amount of success in a short period of time, and has kept a cool head while doing it. So, cheers to her! </p>
