<p><strong><a title="Blake Shelton" href="https://stubhub.prf.hn/click/camref:1100ljXyr/pubref:WPSBlakeS/ar:CMNBAutoLink/destination:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.stubhub.com%2Fblake-shelton-tickets%2F">Blake Shelton</a></strong> is sure to be one happy camper/hung-over mentor this morning as both the top 2 finalists of <strong>The Voice </strong>were from his team. <strong>Terry McDermott </strong>took second place and <strong>Cassadee Pope </strong>was the <strong>winner </strong>for season 3!</p>
<p>We are all very happy for Mr. Shelton, being part of the country music family and all, but also have some love for Ms. Pope. She won many over this season with her ballads and rocker songs, but especially perked up the ears of some country fans with certain song selections. Shelton said numerous times that Pope could perform country songs so well, because she was able to connect with the lyrics. Well connect she did, nailing &#8220;<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjfWYKe3baU">Over You</a>,&#8221; &#8220;<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yd4bv0QhUkU">Stand</a>,&#8221; &#8220;<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l0gV_5dZGms">Stupid Boy</a>&#8221; and &#8220;<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pUoWJRBEfak">Cry</a>.&#8221;</p>
