The super-sleuths at AllAccess and Nashville Business Journal have let it be known that all signs point to the country power couple making plans to open a bar and restaraunt at 411 Broadway in downtown Nashville. The 42,394 square foot former home of Downtown Sporting Club and Paradise Park sold in in December for $48 million to Garth’s business manager Cheryl Harris of O’Neal Hagaman PLLC as the registered agent of the new owner, and is currently listed as a mailing address for Garth’s longtime lawyer, Rusty Jones.

The NASHVILLE BUSINESS JOURNAL says “no recent building permits associated with the site have been recently issued,” but cites sources saying the building could jointly house a concept for BROOKS’ wife and fellow Country star, TRISHA YEARWOOD, who hosts a cooking show on FOOD NETWORK, and has authored four cookbooks.
