The Behind The Scenes Look At The Music Video For “Come Wake Me Up.” Here is a special behind the scenes look at the making of the music video for “Come Wake Me Up.” This song is Rascal Flatts latest single and is nothing like their previous hit “Banjo.” The video was shot in Nashville and was directed by Shaun Silva. “So I had this story unfolding, this moment of – here’s a girl who really is just from a different world than what he’s from. Joe Don’s character is doing all the things anybody would want to do for someone they love, but it threatens her identity until one night after an argument, she removes a necklace like breaking free from his lavish grasp. Her decision to leave, and his to chase after her, only pushes her further towards her foreshadowed fate.” -Silva The little that we see in the clip below definitely leaves you wanting more. In an appropriate turn of events, the title of the album is drink themed: “Cheers It’s Christmas“. The album will include duets with artists like Reba McEntire (not surprising), Michael Buble (a little odd), and Shelton’s mother, Dorothy Shackleford (adorable!). Country music fans can start rocking out to Shelton’s Christmas tunes on October 2nd! You can catch Shelton on E!’s “Chelsea Lately” (tonight!) Tuesday, August 7th!

Basically, Twain and CBS have partnered up with morning show “The Talk” to offer up the chance for a lucky couple to renew their vows and enjoy an all expense paid trip to Las Vegas! The winners would also receive tickets to Shania Twain’s concert at Ceasar’s palace on December 12th. So…here’s how this works: Couples must be 21 and over. Enter via “The Talk”‘s website. Garth Brooks Supports Teachers Rock

Garth Brooks Added to “Teachers Rock” Concert! Garth Brooks has been added to a long list of celebrities from musicians to actors who will participate in the “Teachers Rock” concert co-sponsored by Walmart and set to air on CBS. Brooks joins other country singers, Carrie Underwood and Dierks Bentley in the evenings line-up. The concert is intended to highlight and honor teachers across America in their educational efforts. Besides the country music guests, the event will include personal reflections by celebs from pop to rock music, like Adam Levine, Usher and Jack Black and to Hollywood stars like Jennifer Garner and Morgan Freeman…because teachers impact everyone! Additionally, the benefit concert will feature scenes from Walden Media’s upcoming motion picture “Won’t Back Down,” starring Academy Award nominees Viola Davis and Maggie Gyllenhaal. The two actresses portray two determined mothers, one a teacher, who are fighting tirelessly to transform their children’s failing inner-city school. The special will air LIVE right in time for the new school year on Friday, August 17 from the Nokia Theatre in L.A. at 8/7c (8-9 p.m. ET/PT).

This one night includes performances from some of the hottest country stars, tributes to icons, and of course, a salute to all those singers that make our country music world go round.
