This holiday film, also starring Gina Holden, will premiere Saturday, December 17 at 8/7c. Cyrus plays Daniel, a widower and father who finds love in an unexpected place. Sarah Darling Films Her Music Video In The Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Black River Entertainment artist Sarah Darling has a special holiday treat for fans. She has filmed her music video for “O Holy Night” in the Schermerhorn Symphony Center, being the first artist to ever do so! “It is our privilege to make Schermerhorn Symphony Center available for this wonderful project. Our beautiful building hosts all kinds of music throughout the year, and the classically inspired architecture and intimate setting of the Lara Turner Concert Hall provides the perfect backdrop for a truly Music City holiday greeting!” -Alan Valentine, Nashville Symphony President and CEO Along with her new holiday single, Darling will join Mayor Karl Dean and Parade Grand Marshal and legendary country star, Vince Gill on December 2 as part of Nashville’s tree lighting ceremony. Kicking off the 59th Annual Piedmont Natural Gas Christmas Parade, she will sing “O Holy Night” at the lighting of the 40ft Norway spruce. It will take place at Nashville’s Public Square, beginning at 6:30. The parade will follow at 7 and is free to the public. Her recording of “O Holy Night” is available to purchase where digital music is sold.

Lauren Alaina will help Elvis Presley’s Graceland in Memphis kick off the holiday season by “flipping the switch” for the annual lighting celebration on Friday November, 18. The kickoff to Graceland’s holiday celebration will be broadcast live on Elvis.com at 6PM, CST. The extensive display will include hundreds of blue lights along the driveway, a life-size Nativity scene, Santa and his sleigh and much more originally displayed at Graceland by Elvis and the Presley family. Alaina has seen tons of success this past year. She was the runner-up on American Idol, she released her debut album Wildflower and is the best-selling country female debut since 1996! Her current single “Georgia Peaches” is also climbing the charts at this very moment. It makes you wonder what you get the girl who has everything for Christmas?!

Vince Gill, Amy Grant Announce 11-City Christmas Tour

Like many country music traditions, Christmas just wouldn’t be the same without Vince Gill and Amy Grant. Vince Gill and Amy Grant will debut their 11-city Christmas With Amy & Vince tour on Dec. 8 at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall in Sarasota, Fla. It will conclude Dec. 21 and 22 with two shows at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. Each show will run two hours and include both Christmas standards and newer holiday songs. Other dates include: King Center for the Performing Arts, Melbourne, Fla. (Dec. 9) Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, Fort Myers, Fla. (Dec. 10) Ruth Eckerd Hall, Clearwater, Fla.
