Tim McGraw Teases Fans with Sneak Peak of “Truck Yeah” Video. Tim McGraw has been circulating his new single, “Truck Yeah” on country music radio, and the video is not far behind. The country music star has released a special sneak peak at the video, and we can tell you this, there is a lot of testosterone happening in very small time frame. Rascal Flatts Receive Walk of Fame Star In Hollywood. Rascal Flatts are being honored with their very own star on the Walk of Fame by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce! I didn’t know that musicians were given stars on the walk of fame in L.A.! So, I suppose this is a pretty big deal. Their star will be located in front of the Sergeant Supply Store at 6664 Hollywood Boulevard, and the official ceremony will be held on September 17th at 11:30 am. While they’re in L.A., Rascal Flatts will stop by The Tonight Show with Jay Leno to perform the new single “Come Wake Me Up“. Jason Aldean Signs Partnership Deal with Coors Light! Jason Aldean has officially announced that he has partnered with Coors Light. As a result, Coors Light and Coors Banquet will be Jason’s exclusive beverage sponsor. For his part, Aldean has some nostalgic reasons for agreeing to the sponsorship. “Coors Light is associated with so many of my favorite experiences… tailgating before University of Georgia games, vacations to the beach with my friends, playing bars and clubs when I was coming up in my career. Country Music News Blog favorite, Luke Bryan will be headlining an event live free concert in event in downtown Nashville called the “Capital Street Party 5: Luke Bryan Takes Broadway“. This shindig will be taking place Wednesday, October 17th at 7pm on lower Broadway. This year’s installment of the concert will mark Bryan’s fourth time to attend, but that hasn’t worn down his excitement at all. “This is definitely not a party to miss! Dierks Bentley Hosted Miles and Music For Kids 2012 Line-Up Featuring Kix Brooks, Chris Young and More! Dierks Bentley has garnered quite an impressive line-up for the 7th annual “Miles & Music for Kids” celebrity motorcycle ride and concert! Confirmed participants so far include Craig Campbell, Chris Young, Kix Brooks, Sheryl Crow, Brantley Gilbert and The Cadillac Black! Not too shabby, right? The event is scheduled for Sunday, October 14th and will kick off in Columbia, TN and finish up at the ACM Lifting Lives main stage in Nashville‘s Riverfront Park! In partnership with CMT One Countryand Harley Davidson of Columbia, Bentley will donate all proceeds raised to the Monroe Careel Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Josh Thompson Involved In Bus Crash In Arkansas. Josh Thompson was involved in a minor accident while on a tour bus in over the weekend. Sunday morning, September 9th, he and his crew were apparently on their way to a show in Arkansas when the incident took place. Thompson let fans (and the rest of the world) know what happened via a tweet! was involved in a small bus accident this morning, everyone’s ok and were on a new not so broken bus headed to little rock — Josh Thompson (@TheJoshThompson) September 9, 2012 Thankfully, there were no injuries and the concert started on time!! I really think country music stars might want to consider a new form of transportation besides the iconic tour bus, though. This year alone Jerrod Niemann, Chris Youngand Lee Brice have experienced (and escaped!) bus fires while Justin Moore and Bucky Covington were involved in accidents similar to Thompson’s. Or maybe, everyone needs to be more careful when they’re on the road!!

Scotty McCreery fans will have extra reason to rejoice over the holidays this year, since their favorite crooner will be releasing his first Christmas Album on October 16th! There are a lot of Christmas tunes out there, but McCreery chose to include those that played a special role in his own life. “Christmas has always been my favorite time of the year. And what is Christmas without music? We start listening to Christmas songs early in the McCreery household, so it felt right…“It’s a special thing for me. As a family, we were all really excited about making a Christmas album. Happy (Belated) 21st Birthday to Hunter Hayes! Hunter Hayes celebrated his 21st birthday on Sunday, September 9th, and he spent the day in one of the best ways possible! The young singer/musician headed back to his home state of Louisiana, and performed the National Anthem at the Superdome for the New Orleans Saints‘ game against the Washington Redskins! I can’t imagine how special and how much fun that must have been for the talented Hayes!
