The song was released to radio earlier this summer and has been a weekend anthem to many! When talking about this song, Moore relates it to his younger days with buddies, “you are holding out spending money on food so that you’ve got enough money that weekend to go to the beer store and have a good time.” He says, “I think that is the way small-town America still is everywhere.” I’d have to agree with him 100%! Well, at least that is how I remember it! The video is a great discription for the life the lyrics lead. So watch it and then possibly swing by the beer store! It is Friday afterall…

One of those being Garrett Hedlund! McGraw and Hedlund go way back, co-starring in Friday Night Lights and Country Strong, so them in a music video together just seems natural!
