Here Is The Official Music Video For The Lacs’ “Shake It” Featuring Big & Rich. Taped in the former North Nashville meat packing plant in the Germantown neighborhood, The Lacs, made up of vocalist Clay Sharpe and vocalist/guitarist Brian King, had some of their friends join in their “fight-club” themed video. The list includes World Heavyweight Champion Bobby Roode, TNA Wrestling stars Jeff Hardy and “Cowboy” James Storm, plus reality star Sinister and platinum selling rap artist and Backroad Records labelmate, Bubba Sparxxx. Get Details On Taylor Swift’s New Album Red Via Live Chat! Tonight Taylor Swift hosted a LIVE google chat to make some very important announcements! We had our guesses on what she had up her sleeve, and we’re happy to say that…we are NOT disappointed! Taylor answered questions from fans who had gathered in person from around the world to be a part of the chat broadcast in Nashville, and responded to fans from Brazil to Sweden via google chat! She had a lot of info to share and you can catch the recap below! Basically, Swift let everyone know that she will be releasing a brand new album on October 22nd (two whole years in the making) titled Red that will include 16 tracks! Right off the bat she had a lot to say about the inspiration for the album saying: “my world kind of becomes a big storyboard…and everyone in it has the potential to become characters…” -Taylor Swift She also let us know that the meaning behind the title “red” comes from the strong emotions she has (or had) regarding what she referred to as “semi-toxic relationships” she’s experienced. But her relationships aren’t the only ones ending up as lyrics, Swift suggests she pulled from the experiences she watched her friends go through too. Additionally, Taylor addressed the collaborative effort behind the album, discussing how many of the songs are co-written. Letting fans know that she got to work with some of her favorite people in the industry, Swift filled us in on how she wanted to move in a different direction from her last album, Speak Now. Spoiler: one of the people she collaborated with is Ed Sheeran, and the song they worked on was recorded as a duet! (I wonder if there are any OTHER duets…hmmmm….) From other answers to fan questions we learned that Taylor will be globe trotting pretty soon hitting up lots of different place, specifically including NYC during the release week of her album. We also got an inside track on what its like to be in the spotlight and deal with “false rumors”. Ooooooh weeee, that’s a lot of info! On top of all that, to conclude the chat, Taylor debuted (LIVE) her brand new single, “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together“. Admittedly, this is not a country song, but much more pop…even for Tswift. Yet, I still have faith there will be at least a few country hits out of the 16 total songs on the upcoming album! Country Artists Support Soles 4 Souls

Alan Jackson, Reba McEntire and More Lend Voices to Soles4Souls! Alan Jackson, Reba McEntire, Kieth Urban and 16 other country artists have lent their voices on a new track to benefit Nashville based non-profit, Soles4Souls. The single is titled “The Choice“, and proceeds will go directly to support the non-profit whose mission it is to provide shoes to those who need them, in the United States and other countries abroad. To date, the organization has provided shoes for more than 30,000 people worldwide. Other artists featured on the track include Josh Turner, Vince Gill, Billy Gilman, Rodney Atkins, Kellie Pickler, Craig Morgan, Kenny Rogers, LeAnn Rimes, Steve Holy, Wynonna Judd, Amy Grant, Ronnie Milsap, Randy Travis, Craig Morgan and Montgomery Gentry. The Bellamy Brothers Are Ready To Release, Pray For Me, Their Latest Gospel Album After sparking much controversy and support with their first Gospel album, respected multi-platinum selling Country music duo and Dove Award nominees The Bellamy Brothers will soon release their second Gospel composition. Pray For Me, set for a late summer release, features 14 original Gospel songs with heartfelt, inspirational messages and is one of more than 50 albums released by Howard and David Bellamy. The Behind The Scenes Look At The Music Video For “Come Wake Me Up.” Here is a special behind the scenes look at the making of the music video for “Come Wake Me Up.” This song is Rascal Flatts latest single and is nothing like their previous hit “Banjo.” The video was shot in Nashville and was directed by Shaun Silva. “So I had this story unfolding, this moment of – here’s a girl who really is just from a different world than what he’s from. Joe Don’s character is doing all the things anybody would want to do for someone they love, but it threatens her identity until one night after an argument, she removes a necklace like breaking free from his lavish grasp. In an appropriate turn of events, the title of the album is drink themed: “Cheers It’s Christmas“. The album will include duets with artists like Reba McEntire (not surprising), Michael Buble (a little odd), and Shelton’s mother, Dorothy Shackleford (adorable!).
