John Corbett Leaving Nothin’ Behind-New Album

John Corbett Releases Album & Announces Tour Dates. Some of you might not have heard of John Corbett the musician, but trust me (especially the ladies), you have heard of him! He is the tall, very attractive gent who played Aidan in the HBO series Sex and the City and Ian from My Big Fat Greek Wedding. Now that you know who I’m talking about, some of you are probably thinking, “oh, here is another actor trying out the music scene,” but that is not the case with Corbett. Music has always been a big chunk of his life, unlike acting. His mother bought him his first guitar when he was seven or eight, and he’s been playing ever since. He loves music and has a special passion for Texas music in particular. This new album, Leaving Nothin’ Behind, came together with the help of Jon Randall Stewart, a longtime Guy Clark collaborator. Stewart wrote or co-wrote 7 out of 10 songs on the album and co-produced it with Gary Paczosa. When asked what he does to prove those wrong who think he is just an actor dabbling in music, Corbett says, “I don’t do anything. I play the show. I already win the battle when I come out onstage, if they haven’t seen us before, because they have such low expectations.” Be looking for Leaving Nothin’ Behind on iTunes January 29 and in stores February 5. Blake Shelton Plans To Be Less Controversial On Twitter

Blake Shelton Wants to Be a Less Controversial Tweeter In The New Year…Not Off To The Best Start. Blake Shelton recently shared his 2013 New Years Resolution with US Weekly stating, “I need to work on being a less controversial tweeter.” Now, this is an admirable resolution, sure, but I for one particularly enjoy the outlandishness of Shelton’s tweets. His twitter feed is pretty much always a good place to go for a good laugh! Those of who like to get a chuckle from seeing what crazy thing Blake had to say, I don’t think we have too much to fear. It’s not looking like his New Year’s resolution is sticking so far. Check it out below. Blake Shelton Tweets: Controversial or Not? Hey @tmkansas…. Kiss my ass. That’s all… — Blake Shelton (@blakeshelton) January 4, 2013 “@okwildlifedept: how about an #FF for your friends at ODWC? It’s almost paddlefish season!”Will this get me out of a ticket?! — Blake Shelton (@blakeshelton) January 4, 2013 Nothing helps me make up my mind about the issues of this country like the tweets of celebrities. Thank you for your endless knowledge.. — Blake Shelton (@blakeshelton) January 4, 2013 “@ladysiarra80: Having a bad day, need a falling down, pissing myself laugh. Whatcha got?”Well I can’t post a picture of it!!! — Blake Shelton (@blakeshelton) January 3, 2013 Be sure to join in on the fun and follow @blakeshelton!

Julianne Hough Discusses Abuse Suffered As Child

Julianne Hough Tells Cosmo About Abuse She Suffered As A Child. In a recent article with popular magazine Cosmopolitan, actress and single Julianne Hough candidly opens up about abuse she experienced as a child in the entertainment business. Hough reportedly suggests that the fact she did not look her age when was younger played a part in how certain people treated her. In my mind, that’s no excuse for the mistreatment of a young woman, and props go to Julianne for having the guts to speak out about such a sensitive topic. Julianne Hough Candidly Discusses Abuse.
