While he’s not a country musician per se’, singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran has always had a soft spot in our hearts since his openening tour with Taylor Swift, so imagine our surprise when we heard his sweet voice ring out in the season 7 premiere of Game of Thrones. Ed’s part was a simple one as a soldier, singing a song that loosely references the love Jaime Lannister has for his sister, Queen Cersei. While hardcore throners have been raging at the internet over Ed’s use of otherwise valuable screentime, we here thought it was an interesting moment to see Arya so relaxed and almost happy, while revealing her next intentions.
