It seems there’s no end to the good will of Garth Brooks as he takes time out of every single show to help make fans’ dreams come true. 
This was true last night when he noticed a fan proposing in front of the stage and offered to pay for their honeymoon, and it was true two nights ago as he made this amazing moment happen:
