Is Garth Brooks planning a Vegas headliner?

Country’s crowned prince, Garth Brooks, is the subject of much speculation as he is scheduled to make a special announcement from the Wynn hotel early Thursday morning, and broadcasted live on www.garthbrooks.com. He is expected to announce that he is coming out of retirement to have a resident headlining show at the Wynn Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
