<p>Congrats are in order for country artist <strong>Josh Kelley</strong> and his Holllywood actress wife, <strong>Katherine Heigl</strong>, as the couple have welcomed their second daughter into their family! According to <a href="www.people.com">People</a>, they have named their newborn daughter, Adalaide Marie Hope, and unlike her sister, Naleigh, who they adopted from South Korea in 2009, she was adopted domestically. </p>
