Mack Geiger is giving fans a fuller look at the songwriter behind “String By.” His debut album, Dying In This House, arrives November 6 through RECORDS Nashville/Columbia Records, with 12 tracks and eight songs he wrote on his own.

For listeners who first found the Queensland-born artist through that breakout single, the new collection offers a chance to follow the story beyond one song. “String By” returns alongside the title track, “Nothing Like Grandma,” “Jesus & Jones” and other solo-written material.
“I’ve always been drawn to songs which painted pictures,” Geiger says in the album announcement. He describes the project as moving through loneliness and heartache while leaving room for hope.
Keith Stegall and longtime collaborator Jared Adlam produced the album. The newly released “How It Ends,” written with Rodney Clawson, Johnny Clawson and Will Bundy, gives fans another entry point before release day.
