<p>This year&#8217;s <strong>Shinefest 2011 </strong>will take place August 19-21 (Friday-Sunday) in Western North Carolina. <strong>Matt Stillwell&#8217;s </strong>annual festival is being presented by <strong>Troy &#038; Sons Distillers </strong>and will be held at the <strong>Fontana Village Resort </strong>in the Smokey Mountains.
