Here Is The Official Music Video For Miranda Lambert’s Latest Single, “Over You!”
The Lambert/Shelton families have dealt with a lot of loss over the last few months and it comes as a coincidence that “Over You” was released when it was.
Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton co-wrote the emotional song, which is about the passing of Shelton’s older brother Richie. Shelton has said many times that he could have never recorded it himself because of the pain it would cause him to sing it on stage every night.
The song is very powerful and every time I hear it, it strikes an emotional chord with me (that’s the thing about country lyrics, so many people can relate in their own way).
The first time I saw the video I had full on goosebumps! From the back-story of the song to the cemetery setting…this is definitely a video you have to see!
