<p class="wp-block-paragraph" id="mntl-sc-block_3-0">The 64-year-old country icon took to social media on Wednesday, May 1 to announce he&#8217;s gearing up to release his first newly-recorded song since before his 2013 stroke — a new single titled &#8220;Where That Came From.&#8221;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph" id="mntl-sc-block_5-0">&#8220;It’s been a while since my last new recording,&#8221; wrote Travis alongside footage of himself in a recording studio, &#8220;but I’m excited to share that this Friday, May 3, I will be releasing my first brand new studio recording in more than a decade, &#8216;Where That Came From.'&#8221;</p>
