<p><strong>Toby Keith&#8217;s</strong> new restaurant is located at the WinStar Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma. The entertainment venue will house 16 HDTVs, two big screens, more than 100 pieces of Toby memorabilia, and will offer live music and dancing.
