<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The super-sleuths at <a href="https://www.allaccess.com/net-news/archive/story/216491/report-garth-brooks-looks-to-be-opening-bar-on-nas" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">AllAccess </a>and N<a href="https://www.bizjournals.com/nashville/news/2022/03/14/garth-brooks-looks-poised-to-open-broadway-honky.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">ashville Business Journal </a>have let it be known that all signs point to the country power couple making plans to open a bar and restaraunt at 411 Broadway in downtown Nashville. While <a title="Garth Brooks" href="https://stubhub.prf.hn/click/camref:1100ljXyr/pubref:WPSGarth/ar:CMNBAutoLink/destination:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.stubhub.com%2Fgarth-brooks-tickets%2F">Garth Brooks</a> and wife <a title="Trisha Yearwood" href="https://stubhub.prf.hn/click/camref:1100ljXyr/pubref:WPSTrisha/ar:CMNBAutoLink/destination:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.stubhub.com%2Ftrisha-yearwood-tickets%2F">Trisha Yearwood</a> have not made any public announcement to that effect, the paperwork is all in place. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The 42,394 square foot former home of Downtown Sporting Club and Paradise Park sold in in December for $48 million to Garth&#8217;s business manager Cheryl Harris of O&#8217;Neal Hagaman PLLC as the registered agent of the new owner, and is currently listed as a mailing address for Garth&#8217;s longtime lawyer, Rusty Jones. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The NASHVILLE BUSINESS JOURNAL says &#8220;no recent building permits associated with the site have been recently issued,&#8221; but cites sources saying the building could jointly house a concept for BROOKS&#8217; wife and fellow Country star, <a title="TRISHA YEARWOOD" href="https://stubhub.prf.hn/click/camref:1100ljXyr/pubref:WPSTrisha/ar:CMNBAutoLink/destination:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.stubhub.com%2Ftrisha-yearwood-tickets%2F">TRISHA YEARWOOD</a>, who hosts a cooking show on FOOD NETWORK, and has authored four cookbooks.</p>
