This Christmas season saw the first annual “Honky Tonk Christmas Tour” featuring Curtis Grimes (Texas “Entertainer and Vocalist of the Year” with 13 #1 hit singles), David Adam Byrnes (2021 Texas Country Music Awards “Male Vocalist of the Year Nominee” with 5 consecutive #1 hit singles in Texas), and a host of friends. The acoustic freestyle performances gathered fans around in an atmosphere that echoed the true holiday spirit. The tour traveled to 15 cities throughout the Midwest and raised over $5,000 for the Toys For Tots Foundation.

In the season finale, Underwood performs the classic 80s hit “The Moment of Truth.” Written by Bill Conti, Dennis Lambert, and Peter Beckett, the song was originally recorded by iconic 80s rock band Survivor for “The Karate Kid” original movie soundtrack and played over that film’s end credits. Underwood’s turbocharged interpretation is produced by Cobra Kai series composers Leo Birenberg and Zach Robinson and appears on COBRA KAI: SEASON 4 (SOUNDTRACK FROM THE NETFLIX ORIGINAL SERIES), available on Madison Gate Records as a two-volume set with nearly two hours of music. Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row announces the highly anticipated Denver opening on New Year’s Eve. The popular live music restaurant and bar will open at 1946 Market Street in the heart of Denver’s LoDo neighborhood, a mere block from Coors Field. Nederland, CO – Coming up on their 25th anniversary as a band, Colorado jam-grass pioneers Yonder Mountain String Band continue to innovate and evolve, and on February 25th, 2022, will unveil Get Yourself Outside—their first studio album with new member, mandolinist Nick Piccininni. “Nick is an incredibly talented multi-instrumentalist. He’s also a great singer with a magnetic stage presence,” says YMSB guitarist and co-founder Adam Aijala. “And he’s in such a creative space right now, something that has brought a whole new vibe and dynamic to the band.
