Curtis Grimes and David Adam Byrnes’ Christmas Tour Raises Over $5,000 for Toys For Tots

This Christmas season saw the first annual “Honky Tonk Christmas Tour” featuring Curtis Grimes (Texas “Entertainer and Vocalist of the Year” with 13 #1 hit singles), David Adam Byrnes (2021 Texas Country Music Awards “Male Vocalist of the Year Nominee” with 5 consecutive #1 hit singles in Texas), and a host of friends. The acoustic freestyle performances gathered fans around in an atmosphere that echoed the true holiday spirit.  The tour traveled to 15 cities throughout the Midwest and raised over $5,000 for the Toys For Tots Foundation.

All of the artists who performed along with manager Brandyn Steen who developed and coordinated the entire tour are more than pleased with the overall turnout.  The “Honky Tonk Christmas Tour” is proudly sponsored by Durango Boots, Mossy Oak, KICKER Audio, C-Force and FOUR17 Entertainment.

“I wanted to put the Christmas tour together for one main reason: to help bring people together and celebrate the holidays through country music.  2021 was a tough year for a lot of families, so being able to raise over $5,500 for Toys For Tots feels like a blessing.  We are looking forward to doing it all again next year and raise even more money for the organization.”

“The most important aspect of the ‘Honky Tonk Christmas Tour’ was being able to partner with Toys For Tots and raise over $5,000 to buy gifts for kids this Christmas.  I appreciate the opportunity to make it about more than just us and help others in need. The acoustic format was pretty cool too, it allowed us to have more flexibility and play songs that aren’t typically on our set list.” -Curtis Grimes

“It was a really fun chance to get away from the routine of a normal tour and just cut up on stage with your buddies. There was no structure or set, just a few guys, our guitars, the songs and the stories behind them. I felt like all of us got closer with the fans being in a more sentimental setting.  Being able to raise so much money for Toys For Tots warms my heart.”  -David Adam Byrnes

As the Christmas tour wrapped things up, Curtis Grimes got some additional merry news when Atomic Music Group singed him to their roster.  The international booking agency boasts an impressive list of A-list entertainers with offices in Los Angeles, Austin, Nashville and Toronto.

The Atomic Music Group is thrilled to be representing Curtis Grimes in 2022.  He has great songs, a great live show and a strong team around him.  Plus… he’s a true gentleman. We are proud to be part of his success story.”
