Martina McBride’s “I’m Gonna Love You Through It” Video Opens The Flood Gates! I woke up this morning and turned on the TV so I could hear some music while I got ready, normal routine. As I walked through the kitchen I saw a video coming on that I didn’t recognize, so I stopped… Martina McBride recently released “I’m Gonna Love You Through It“, the follow up to “Teenage Daughters“. The words to this song are powerful ones that speak of someone with cancer and the important role that their loved ones take on during the journey. There are many strong and courageous people who have to battle through the terrible disease every day, but if it weren’t for the husbands, fathers, wives, mothers, brothers, sisters, children, and friends to keep the faith it would be very difficult for many to go on with the fight. The video is such an emotional one, having actual survivors sharing their stories with the world. I think that it was important to feature women who are in the spot light, Robin Roberts and Sheryl Crow, as well as everyday women… “Cancer don’t discriminate or care if you’re just 38…“ “I’m Gonna Love You Through It” and “Teenage Daughters” will be on Martina’s upcoming album, 11. As the title states, this her 11th studio album and is set to be released October 11 (sounds like a lucky number). Until then you can find both singles on iTunes. A Behind The Scenes Look at Lady A’s Upcoming Album and Tour! Lady Antebellum‘s upcoming album Own The Night will release in less than a month. The album will be available to fans on Tuesday, September 13th. Of the twelve tracks featured on this album, the group’s single “Just A Kiss” has already become a success in the industry and with fans! All three of the band members were completely involved in the process of creating this album from writing 10 out of the 12 songs on the track listing to the co-producer credit each claims. The lyrics speak about a relationship that didn’t work out, but leaves no one really fazed. Unlike the majority of break up songs, this one is more like sh*t happens, we were in love now we aren’t, time to move on. The music is very well orchestrated and the brass adds the perfect touch! In this video Currington is strolling down the street, having a great time, laid back, with no cares on his mind. Tim McGraw and Dwight Yoakam Team Up on The Big Screen! Tim McGraw and Dwight Yoakam will star in the upcoming film release “Dirty Girl” which hits theaters Friday, August 5th. The film is set in 1987, and chronicles the story of a young Oklahoma girl, Danielle played by Juno Temple, with a reputation for being promiscuous runs away from home with pal Clarke, played by Jeremy Dozier, to find the father she never knew. The film is definitely a comedy, definitely irreverent, but also a little heart-warming as well! We first saw “Made In America” on the CMT Awards in June and have been singing along since. Although some might say previous songs like “American Ride” and “Courtesy Of The Red White And Blue” were too brash (I disagree), “Made In America” takes a different turn. It is a song about a man who just seems to have a lot of American pride, and I find nothing wrong with that. The single is now available on iTunes and we hope to see an entire album very soon.
