<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Country Music Hall of Famer <strong>Charlie Daniels</strong> of Wilmington North Carolina has sadly passed from this world today.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daniels’ publicist, Don Murray Grubbs, confirmed he died Monday morning after a hemorrhagic stroke, <a href="https://www.tennessean.com/story/entertainment/music/2020/07/06/charlie-daniels-country-music-dies/5384087002/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">the Tennessean reported</a>. He died at a hospital in Hermitage, Tennessee, <a href="https://apnews.com/aaaecdb9fbedf226121d25c09f25d0a7" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">according to The Associated Press</a>.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Arrangements for Daniels&#8217; funeral and memorial services will be announced in the coming days, although a small private family affair is to be expected at first due to coronavirus restrictions, while a larger celebrity tribute may follow. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daniels is survived by his wife, Hazel, and his son, Charlie Daniels Jr.</p>
