<p>The 2012 Teen Choice Awards will air live <strong>Sunday, July 22</strong> on <strong>FOX</strong>. <em>Glee</em>‘s <strong>Kevin McHale</strong> is set to co-host alongside <strong>Demi Lovato</strong>.
