Kix Brooks To Be Special Guest Speaker At Alumni Gathering.
In 1978, Kix Brooks, formerly of Brooks & Dunn, graduated from Louisiana Tech with a degree in Speech Communications, and he will be returning to the institution, 33 years after his graduating class, as a special guest speaker! Brooks will will the featured speaker at the 30th Annual Alumni and Fan Football Preseason Kick-Off. This event is considered the largest annual Louisiana Tech alumni gathering outside of the regular sporting events. So, this is quite an honor for the singer!
