<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Sarah McLachlan</strong> created this ; female-oriented festival which will make its return in 2010. ; The Lilith Fair started in 1997 and ran through 1999. It will feature an array of diverse artists from <strong>Kelly Clarkson</strong> to The Go-Go&#8217;s and will hit a number of cities this summer.</p>
