You may recognize him from his soulful monster hit “Goodbye”, his powerhouse collab with Ariana Grande & Meghan Trainor “Boys Like You”, and/or his gorgeous ‘Southern Curiosity’ album last year, but now, the trailblazing queer pop/country hybrid enigma is shining a light on the stories and songs behind some of his favorite movers and shakers in the genre that shape – and challenge – country music. Fancy is spotlighting risk-takers (like himself) who have helped break down barriers in the genre, including Kacey Musgraves, The War and Treaty, Lil Nas X and many more.
