DOLLY PARTON has partnered with author JAMES PATTERSON to co-author a novel, the first such project for the singer-songwriter. “Run, Rose, Run” will be published by LITTLE, BROWN AND COMPANY on MARCH 7th, 2022. PARTON will simultaneously release an album of the same name, consisting of 12 original songs she was inspired by the book to write, record and produce. The novel also includes lyrics to the songs, which are essential to the story. This dual release will mark the first time a #1 bestselling author and an entertainment icon have collaborated on a book and an album.

'Breaking Bobby Bones' Now Available On Disney+

Radio and television personality BOBBY BONES’ series, “BREAKING BOBBY BONES,” which premiered on the NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC channel back in MAY, is now available to stream on DISNEY+ after its broadcast run. The debut season features half-hour-long episodes where BONES travels the country to meet people who have extraordinary jobs, hobbies or abilities, who then give him a crash course in their specialized skills.

Taylor Swift is apparently bringing in Phoebe Bridgers as a guest for her upcoming “Red (Taylor’s Version)” album — not according to any press release, but according to a word puzzle the superstar put up on social media Thursday morning. Chris Stapleton and Ed Sheeran also appear to be confirmed as guests. Sheeran’s participation was already known — he appeared on the original “Red” album, and recently said in an interview he’d re-recorded his duet part — but Stapleton joins Bridgers in the surprise department. The Life of Roy Clark, an exhibit with over 75 photographs, awards, plaques, musical instruments, rifles, costumes, and records from Roy Clark’s 50-year show business career, is set to open August 5 at the J.M. Davis Arms and Historical Museum in downtown Claremore. “Clark had an exciting life,” said Davis Museum’s executive director, Wayne McCombs. “Most of us know about his music and TV career, but how many know that he was also a pilot, a drag car racer, or antique rifle collector? He was a remarkable man.
