Taylor Swift Gifts Large Donation to Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.
One of the most admirable things about the country music scene is the willingness of country music artists (big or small) to give freely of both their time and their money. In this respect, Taylor Swift is no exception. The country music superstar recently donated the generous sum of $4 million to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville, TN. If this sounds like a lot to you…that’s because it is! Swift’s donation is actually the largest contribution from a single artist to the institution, well, ever.
The new funds are specifically go to be utilized to develop the Taylor Swift Education Center which will include an exhibit and classroom complex. The current completion date is set for 2014!
