HaleighT Caught Up With Steel Magnolia Before They Hit The Stage In Arkansas! Last night Steel Magnolia graced the stage as part of the Washington County Fair in Fayetteville, Ar! Meghan and Josh’s performance really impressed me…with his enthusiasm and energy on stage and her undeniably gifted voice, how could they not?! I was particularly impressed by “Edge Of Goodbye,” their cover of Tim McGraw and Faith Hill‘s “I Need You” and of course “Keep On Lovin’ You.” They gave us a taste of some of the new stuff they are working on in “You’re On My Mind” and “Whiskey Anthem,” then ended the show with “Jackson!” Before the show I had a chance to talk with them about their recent projects, including a new album and cancer benefit they are working with. Justin Moore Showed Up In Support Of The Newest Cabela’s Store. Justin Moore gave a free, acoustic show to the community of Rogers, Ar yesterday evening. This performance was to celebrate the grand opening of the newest Cabela’s store in his home state. The actual opening of Rogers’ Cabela’s was this morning, at 9am! Scarletta Premieres Their New Music Video For “Right Here, Right Now.” Here is the official music video for Scarletta‘s “Right Here, Right Now.” The up-beat single can be found on the trio’s self-titled album. The video was shot at Treasure Cay in the Bahamas during a three-day shoot. It was produced and directed by Potsy Ponsiroli of Team Genius Films. “Right Here, Right Now” was co-written by Nathan Stoops, Benji Harris, Aubrey Collins of Scarletta and Paul Taylor. Heidi Newfield Will Be Headlining The 15th Annual Buds-N-Suds Music Festival! Heidi Newfield will headline The 15th Annual Buds-n-Suds Music Festival Presented by The Big 98 WSIX on Wednesday, September 15 at Loser’s Bar and Grill in Nashville. The outdoor benefit concert supports the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) Tennessee Chapter. Joining the outdoor party along with Newfield, includes full-band performances by The Big Rock Show, Keith Anderson, El Camino (feat. Jon Nicholson & Shannon Lawson,) Capitol recording artist Kelleigh Bannen, Jared Blake from The Voice, and Johnny T, plus Dee Jay Silver mixing his specialty mash-ups to keep the party flowing. A silent auction will be on hand to include a vast selection of autographed memorabilia from notable musicians, athletes and other celebrities. A special early bird ticket can be purchased online at budsnsuds.com for a discounted donation price of $10 until August 31. Starting September 1 advanced ticket donations will be $15 and day of show at the Loser’s Bar and Grill for a $20 donation. VIP tickets early bird ticket for $50 are available online as well, and will increase to a $60 donation on September 1. VIP tickets will include special seating area, drinks and appetizers. All proceeds benefit Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America, a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cure for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. Eric Church Joins A Talented Line Up To Celebrate The Live Of Levon Helm. Eric church will join some of music’s most talented musicians in celebrating the talent and legacy of the late Levon Helm at the Love For Levon benefit concert. The concert will be held at the Izod Center in Rutherford, NJ on Wednesday, October 3. “I can’t possibly overstate what Levon Helm meant to my music or my life. He was a giant. A man among boys. Tyler Farr’s Newest Single, “Hello Goodbye,” Released To Radio. Tyler Farr has released his brand new single, “Hello Goodbye,” to country radio today. The heartfelt ballad, based on real-life experiences, is the follow up to “Hot Mess.” “I caught an ex-girlfriend of mine cheating on me, and the next day we (Kris Bergsnes and Skip Black) wrote this song. Songwriting is like therapy, and thanks to Kris, Skip and a few drinks, I got some good counseling.” -Farr Farr performed the song on the Grand Ole Opry stage a few weeks ago.
