Eric Church Drink In My Hand Video

Eric Church Releases The Music Video For His Latest Single “Drink In My Hand”! It’s no secret that I am a fan of Eric Church! His latest single and music video, “Drink In My Hand“, highlights just how much his fans are into him! Although I would say the video doesn’t show a very wide variety of people who show up to his concerts it is a perfect example of the energy that goes on during a performance! The follow up to “Homeboy” is definitely more party “friendly” and is the perfect song to jam to at any point in the day! “Drink In My Hand” is the second single released from his third studio album, Chief, that came out this summer. The album is a great one that I highly recommend! “Springsteen“, “Over When It’s Over“, “Keep On” and “Hungover & Hard Up” are just a few of my favorites! My advice to you: go get yourself a drink and watch this brand new video!

Lady Antebellum We Owned The Night Video

Lady Antebellum’s “We Owned The Night” Video Is Here! It seems like only yesterday Lady Antebellum released the video for “Just A Kiss“, but yet this busy trio has done it again. The music video for “We Owned The Night” was released earlier this week and we have it here for you to watch! The song and video is simply about a perfect night! Doesn’t matter what happened before or what happens after, living in the moment is the focus of these lyrics! The video is basically one huge party with people who are living by Lady A’s new motto of owning the night! Who doesn’t love a night full of dancing and fireworks?! Listen to this song a couple times and you will probably be looking at this weekend with whole list of new possibilities!

Jason Aldean Tattoos On This Town Video

Jason Aldean’s Music Video For Tattoos On This Town Turns On The Waterworks. Jason Aldean has released the music video for his latest single “Tattoos On This Town“. The song is a classic story of growing up in a small town and how the youth find their own ways to have fun and leave their mark. The video is probably one of the saddest things I’ve seen in a good while. It gave me chills from the very beginning and tears by the end. It is a traggic tale that many families know too well. There isn’t much to say other than WATCH IT! Aldean has had a very successful year with sales, tours, charts, video countdowns and growing numbers of fans! I’m sure this song and video will help keep all those stats on the positive! You can find this song, as well as “My Kinda Party“, “Dirt Road Anthem“, “See You When I See You“, “Fly Over States“, “Don’t You Wanna Stay“, plus many more on his latest album My Kinda Party.

Steel Magnolia Bulletproof Video

The Steel Magnolia’s Music Video For Bulletproof Is Here. The Steel Magnolia’s newest single “Bulletproof” is a little ditty about someone who “acts” like they aren’t sad about a recent failed relationship. Even Meghan Linsey’s strong voice gives a little inclination that the person in these lyrics might not be so un-shakable. If you have to tell yourself you’re bulletproof, how bulletproof can you really be? Either way the song is great! Since the beginning Meghan and Joshua Scott Jones have had amazing chemistry together (“Keep On Lovin’ You“, “Last Night Again“) and this time is no different. I have a feeling the engaged duo has a chart climber on their hands! Tags: Bulletproof, Steel Magnolia, Steel Magnolia Videos

Rodney Atkins’ Take A Back Road Video

Rodney Atkins’ Video For His Latest Single “Take A Back Road” Is Here. It is finally here! Rodney Atkins’ music video for “Take A Back Road” was well worth the wait. In it we see Atkins, along with others who are tired of their busy schedules and are looking for something more relaxing…like a BACK ROAD! Atkins is known for his fun, upbeat songs like “If You’re Going Through Hell”, “Watching You”, and “Farmer’s Daughter”. This is no different, it’s a great song that is hard not to sing along to. So sit back, watch, sing you hearts out, then jump in your car and find yourself a good back road! Tags: Take a Back Road, Rodney Atkins, Rodney Atkins Videos

David Nail At George’s Majestic Lounge

David Nail Performs At George’s Majestic Lounge In Fayetteville, Ar. David Nail visited the Natural State this past Friday, September 16, where he headlined at George’s Majestic Lounge in Fayetteville. The night started out and ended with Robert Ellis as they played before and after Nail on the front stage. The crowd was very enthusiastic and anxious for Nail to take the main stage and they showed their gratitude when he did so. I’m not sure if it was the energy from the crowd or just his normal routine, but the singer and his band played a powerful show with a solid sound. He performed fan favorites including “Red Light” and “Let It Rain”, which is currently sitting in the Top 20. After being pulled back on stage for an encore, he played his hit “Turning Home.” This week Nail will keep his momentum going when he hits Jonesboro, El Paso, Albuquerque, and Amarillo all before Saturday! If you are near any those areas, I suggest you try and catch a show! With a voice like his, I am very interested to see what comes of his in the process, sophomore album! As the anticipation kills me, I guess I’ll have to wait patiently with the rest of the world. Until then, here is the video for his current single, “Let It Rain!” [youtube:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pvxAiLqF7C0&ob=av2n]

Randy Rogers Band Interview

The Randy Rogers Band Takes Some Time Before A Show To Answer A Few Questions! Last Friday I had a 6:30pm appointment to have a sit down with the guys of the Randy Rogers Band (“Kiss Me In The Dark“, “In My Arms Instead“, “Interstate“, “Buy Myself A Chance“, “Down and Out“) in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the 1st annual Festival On The Border. It was a great day, so I have decided to start this piece from the VERY beginning… With my notepad and press pass in hand I arrived at the Riverfront Amphitheater on September 9. I got to the venue in plenty of time to pick up my ticket and all access pass, as well as make my way to the backstage area. I asked for my envelope of goodies and the nice women working the ticket booth were sad to report they had nothing for me. Not worried, I called the tour manager (Kyle) and told him my predicament. He assured me not fret and wait right where I was. A few minutes later I was picked up in a golf cart by a nice man and jetted to the opposite side of the grounds where crew members were busily working away. There I was escorted to one of two tour busses, where my new friend and I knocked on the door. While waiting for a bus driver or manager to invite me in, I was surprised when out walked Dierks Bentley! He greeted us, drink in hand, and headed towards his own bus. Knowing this was going to be a great night I climbed aboard the bus eager to get my interview started! Brady Black (fiddle), Geoffrey Hill (guitar), Les Lawless (drums), Jon Richardson (bass) and Randy Rogers (lead vocals, guitar) were all ready and gracious enough to answer some questions for me. Here are some things I thought you, the readers, would be interested to learn… This was the bands first time to play Fort Smith, let alone the amphitheater, and they were really excited for the show! I asked about life on the road and they all agreed it can be rough at times, but they find ways of passing the time. When in cities with history such as Fort Smith, they walk around and check out the sites and museums. At the points of a tour where they find themselves playing a show in a field somewhere they play “Washers” and hang out with the other bands. No matter where they are or what they do in their spare time, Randy believes that everything is worth it for the show, “My favorite part of the day is the 90 minutes on stage.” I believe that statement, especially since the guys had two shows the next day. They planned on hitting the road around midnight to head to Texas. There they would play in College Station and then Texas City, both events were festivals. Along with many others, the band is working on Continue reading Randy Rogers Band Interview

George Strait Here For A Good Time Review

George Strait Does It Again With His Newest Album Here For A Good Time! George Strait released his album Here For A Good Time last week and it is exactly what I expected it to be, fabulous! George and his son Bubba Strait worked on 7 songs together showing us that songwriting is one of many things that they do great together! Other writers were Al Anderson, Chris Stapleton, Dean Dillon, Chuck Cannon, Allen Shamblin, Gary Nicholson, Delbert McClinton, Jesse Winchester, and Bobby Boyd. In the past Strait has done iconic love songs (“I Cross My Heart“, “The Chair“, “Carrying Your Love With Me“), songs about a broken heart (“Ocean Front Property“, “You Look So Good In Love“, “Baby Blue“), songs about life (“I Saw God Today“, “Amarillo By Morning“, “I Hate Everything“), fun songs (“Fireman“, “All My Ex’s Live In Texas“, “Twang“) and everything in between (“El Rey“, “The Seashores of Old Mexico“, “How Bout Them Cowgirls“). This album is no different, we have broken hearts, love, fun, spiritual, emotional, everything! It is a great album that solidifies that he is and always will be “King George“! The first song, “Love’s Gonna Make It Alright“, is such a classic George, good-timing, love song that makes you want to grab somebody and hit the dance floor! Sometimes all you need to hear is everything thing will be alright from that special person in your life and this song does just that! The second song, “Drinkin’ Man“, is a sad song about a man who has had problems with the bottle since he was a young boy, 14 to be exact. Country music doesn’t sugar coat or hide real issues that people deal with on a day to day basis. Alcohol has kept the man in this song away from being close to his family, friends, and love. Even though it has a not so happy meaning behind it, the song is really well written! The third song, “Shame On Me“, is another (what I call) classic George song! George Strait’s voice sounds amazing, the song is fun and was written by George and Bubba. There isn’t much to say other than go listen now! The next song, “Poison“, is another one of them deeper meaning songs. It tells us there are a lot of poisons in life and they can be disguised as anything. This is one of my favorite songs on the entire album and probably one of my new favorite songs period, can’t stop singing it! The title track, “Here For A Good Time“, is such a happy, fun, sing-along type song! It’s something to live by “I’m not here for a long time, I’m here for a good time”, it was the best pick for his first single! The next song, “House Across The Bay“, is another love/sad one. It is about a man losing the one he loved too soon, it is such a bittersweet song. The seventh song, “Lone Star Blues“, is exactly what it Continue reading George Strait Here For A Good Time Review
