Ashley Monroe Sets Release Date for Solo Album, Like A Rose. Ashley Monroe, whom you may know as one of the three stellar members of country woman trio, the Pistol Annies, is all set to release her solo album, Like A Rose, and she’s announced the release date…both of them. Monroe’s album will be available through digital retailers on December 18th and fans can nab the record in person on January 22, 2013! All the tracks were written by Ashley, and the album was produced by Vince Gill, so, you know we expect something great! Watch Teaser for Carrie Underwood’s “Two Black Cadillacs” Music Video. Last week on Black Friday, Carrie Underwood gave fans a peak at her upcoming video for current single, “Two Black Cadillacs“! From the teaser, it looks like this is going to be one serious and dramatic video, similar to her video for “Blown Away”. We’ve Carrie in sky high stilettos, everything is black or dark grey and the creatives are using some seriously intense piano work to drum up the suspense! I made the observation recently that Underwood’s latest album is quite a bit darker than her earlier work, and this new trailer just proves that even more! Take a look below, and see what you think. Well, country music trio Rascal Flatts guested on Chelsea Lately‘s late night talk show, and the interview the ensued was, um, interesting. Lately, like she does, set the group up to bear the brunt of more than a couple jokes at their expense. She also managed to get them to claim responsibility for the success of Blake Shelton’s career…among other things. They also discuss familial ties and hunting. I’m pretty sure its all in good fun! Watch: Zac Brown Band Goodbye In Her Eyes Official Video. Zac Brown Band‘s latest album, Uncaged, features 11 tracks, all of which are amazing! One of my favorite songs is easily “Goodbye In Her Eyes“. Like “Colder Weather” it is a mournful and emotional song touching on love in a complicated sense. ZBB is one of the most talented country music groups out there, and they are easily my personal favorite. Soooo, you can imagine my excitement when I saw that they had released a video for this single! Featuring a band of traveling circus performers, like the song it represents, the video has a kind of vintage quality to it that just adds to the mournfulness. You’d think this would be kind of downer, but the song is so beautiful that it kind of has the opposite effect. See for yourself below, and be sure to let me know if you agree!
