Carrie Underwood On ABC’s Nasvhille

Carrie Underwood Discusses ABC’s Nashville and Character Juliette Barnes! In an interview this week with CBS Local radio station in Charlotte, Carrie Underwood addressed some comments made by ABC‘s Nashville actress Hayden Panettiere! Recently, Hayden suggested that her character Juliette Barnes was based on Carrie Underwood, not Taylor Swift as some had assumed. ”She’s one of those girls that doesn’t do the whole dancing-around-choreography thing but has that stage presence like no other. She can just stand there and be incredibly interesting.” -Hayden Panettiere to USA Today Carrie for her part isn’t too crazy about that particular comparison because she thinks Hayden’s Juliette might just be too much of a mean girl! And, well, she’s not too far off the mark! ”She definitely is sparkles and has the big blonde hair going on. As long as she says she patterns her look after me and not a lot about the character…She’s kind of the mean girl!” -Carrrie Underwood For the complete audio, go to the station’s official page. You can catch more of Underwood tonight on Katie Couric‘s primetime special, “All Access Nashville” featuring interviews with Carrie, Reba McEntire, Pistol Annies, Taylor Swift and LeAnn Rimes.
