HaleighT Caught Up With Steel Magnolia Before They Hit The Stage In Arkansas! Last night Steel Magnolia graced the stage as part of the Washington County Fair in Fayetteville, Ar! Meghan and Josh’s performance really impressed me…with his enthusiasm and energy on stage and her undeniably gifted voice, how could they not?! I was particularly impressed by “Edge Of Goodbye,” their cover of Tim McGraw and Faith Hill‘s “I Need You” and of course “Keep On Lovin’ You.” They gave us a taste of some of the new stuff they are working on in “You’re On My Mind” and “Whiskey Anthem,” then ended the show with “Jackson!” Before the show I had a chance to talk with them about their recent projects, including a new album and cancer benefit they are working with. Justin Moore Showed Up In Support Of The Newest Cabela’s Store. Justin Moore gave a free, acoustic show to the community of Rogers, Ar yesterday evening. This performance was to celebrate the grand opening of the newest Cabela’s store in his home state. The actual opening of Rogers’ Cabela’s was this morning, at 9am! Moore continuously said how great it was to have this addition to the community. “Thanks for bringing some jobs to this state with the economy that’s not doing so great.” -Moore to Cabela’s Moore gave the fans a great show singing “Hank It,” “Til My Last Day,” “Grandpa,” “Bait A Hook,” “If Heaven Wasn’t So Far Away,” “Small Town USA” and more!

Trace Adkins and Kristin Chenoweth Host 2012 American Country Awards On FOX! It really is true, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it which must be why Trace Adkins and Kristin Chenoweth will be hosting the 2012 American Country Awards On FOX for the second year running! The two were quite the rabble-rousing duo last year, and both are pretty excited about fulfilling their hosting duties once again! “The ACAs honor the best and brightest of country music, from the hotshot breakthrough artists to the icons.I’m looking forward to cutting loose again with Kristin, who’s quite the firecracker comedienne, while we also take viewers through an evening of great music and awards.” -Trace Adkins “I’m excited to return to the ACA stage with Trace and his big personality and even bigger boots. The band has officially announced that they are expanding their already existing relationship with the popular brand. Bud Light will have a larger presence on EYB’s tour, and the band will play their part through digital, print and radio materials. “We are excited about continuing our relationship with Bud Light. So, for all those fellow Aldean-ites, we’ve gone ahead and put all the details about his highly anticipated upcoming album release, Night Train, in one nice neat spot! Following up his fan and industry favorite, My Kinda Party, Night Train will release on October 16th. The interesting title has its inspiration in Aldean’s tour vehicles. “It’s one of those things where we went from one bus pulling a trailer to all the sudden we’ve got six or seven buses and eight or nine trucks. We’re all rolling down the interstate together at night, and that’s what it looks like. It looks like a big freight train rolling down the interstate. Heidi Newfield Will Be Headlining The 15th Annual Buds-N-Suds Music Festival! Heidi Newfield will headline The 15th Annual Buds-n-Suds Music Festival Presented by The Big 98 WSIX on Wednesday, September 15 at Loser’s Bar and Grill in Nashville. The outdoor benefit concert supports the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) Tennessee Chapter. Joining the outdoor party along with Newfield, includes full-band performances by The Big Rock Show, Keith Anderson, El Camino (feat. Jon Nicholson & Shannon Lawson,) Capitol recording artist Kelleigh Bannen, Jared Blake from The Voice, and Johnny T, plus Dee Jay Silver mixing his specialty mash-ups to keep the party flowing. A silent auction will be on hand to include a vast selection of autographed memorabilia from notable musicians, athletes and other celebrities. A special early bird ticket can be purchased online at budsnsuds.com for a discounted donation price of $10 until August 31. Starting September 1 advanced ticket donations will be $15 and day of show at the Loser’s Bar and Grill for a $20 donation. VIP tickets early bird ticket for $50 are available online as well, and will increase to a $60 donation on September 1. VIP tickets will include special seating area, drinks and appetizers. All proceeds benefit Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America, a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cure for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.
